Vela Coin is the server's donation currency. The rate is simple and fixed: 1 coin = 1 ruble. Coins buy things that save time or change your look: premium, the premium line of the Vela Pass, the Patron's Gift, boosters, comfort upgrades, name changes and appearances in the Shop of Vela. You cannot buy power with coins.

Since October 15, the Vela Coin is separate from L-Coin. L-Coin is now an in-game currency: you get it from hunting, raids and the Tower, and you pay with it on the World Exchange (L-Coin). Vela Coins only enter the game through a real payment.

A top-up goes to the hero who is in the game right now. If you're offline, the coins wait and go to the first hero of the account who logs in. A single payment is never credited twice.

Monsters never drop coins, and no quest gives them. So there are exactly as many coins on the server as were bought, and the market price holds.

How to sell coins

The coin is tradable. This is the main bridge between donating and farming: a donor sells coins for adena or L-Coin and uses the proceeds to buy what others dropped and forged. A free player can buy premium the same way, with adena they farmed.

WhereFor whatHow
Auction of Velaadena (or L-Coin, Giran Seals)list a lot of coins: bids, buyout, 24–72 h duration
World ExchangeL-Coinfixed price per coin
Private store, tradeadenalike any other item
Account warehouse—move coins to your alt

Nobody sets the rate between players: the market decides how much adena a coin is worth.

You can't sell coins to an NPC merchant or drop them on the ground, so you can't lose them by accident.

Purchase safety

  • Every purchase in the Shop goes through a confirmation page: "Buy X for N? M left". A double click won't buy twice.
  • Everything is checked before the coins are taken: daily limits, bag slots and weight, service conditions, balance.
  • If the purchase can't be delivered, the coins come back right away.
  • Every top-up, purchase and refund is written to the server log, so if something goes wrong, the administration will find the record.

FAQ

Can I get Vela Coins without donating? Yes: buy them from other players for adena on the Auction of Vela or for L-Coin on the World Exchange.

I had L-Coin from donating before October 15. What happened to it? It stayed L-Coin. That's now the in-game currency for the World Exchange and the L-Coin Store.

Are coins shared across the account? No, a coin is an item in a specific hero's bag. To move it to another hero, use the account warehouse. Premium, though, works for the whole account no matter which hero bought it.

Where can I see my balance on the site? In the account cabinet once it's live: it shows the total coins across all heroes of the account.
