The Shop of Vela is the server's donation shop. Everything in it is sold for Vela Coins (1 coin = 1 ₽) and follows one rule: money buys only time, comfort and looks. No product has combat stats, and this is checked automatically every time the catalog is built.
The Shop has 8 sections and more than 60 products. Each product has its own page with a description and limits, and every purchase goes through a confirmation window.

A booster doesn't stack with itself: a new one replaces the active one. Buying ten and using them all at once is pointless — you can only extend the duration that way.

The caps exist for performance: huge bags and warehouses put load on the server and the client.

Prestige
Rare looks for those who want to stand out. One per account, no stats. The three most expensive ones unlock only for an account that has already given the world a Patron's Gift: first a gift for everyone, then a rare look for yourself.

Featured of the month
Every month 4 products from looks, headwear and sets are 20% cheaper. The list changes on the 1st and is the same for everyone. These products carry a "−20%" badge with the old price next to it. The "new" and "hit" badges show what was added recently and what people buy most.
How a purchase works
- Buy opens the confirmation page: "Buy X for N? M left".
- Everything is checked before the coins are taken: daily limit, bag slots and weight, service conditions (for example, that you're the clan leader), balance.
- The coins are taken and the product arrives right away.
- If the product can't be delivered, the coins come back and you get a chat message.
The confirmation works once: a double click or a repeated command won't buy twice. You can't buy while dead, while trading, in the Olympiad or in jail.
What the Shop will never sell
- gear and coupons for it, enchant scrolls;
- upgrade stones, Raid Marks, Rift Fragments, zone resources, Giran Seals;
- rebirths, mutations, skills;
- gacha and doll summons, agathions and cloaks (Essence cloaks have stats);
- release from jail and pass levels.
If a donation version of an in-game item ever appears (a tattoo, a raid appearance), it will come to the Shop only after someone has earned it by playing, and it will never be stronger than the best item you can get in the game.
Tips
- Start with 30 days of premium and the premium line of the Pass — that's the base, 698 coins a month.
- Boosters pay off most when you hunt by hand in a manual zone: the bonus there is bigger already.
- Sets are cheaper than single looks, and featured products are another 20% off.
- No coins? Buy them from other players for adena on the Auction of Vela.
FAQ
Can I return a purchase? No, purchases are final. That's why the confirmation page exists.
Are comfort upgrades per account or per hero? The account warehouse and the supply bag are for the whole account. Inventory slots and teleport places go only to the hero who buys them.
Where are the looks that used to be in the L-Coin Store? They moved here. The L-Coin Store is still there for Essence consumables — L-Coin.
