Account, Heroes and Twinks
How your account is created, how many heroes it holds, what all heroes share (warehouse, collections, relics, Pass), twink and window rules, password and account security.
You don't need to register separately for the game: your account is created on your first login. Just make up a login and password right in the client. One account holds up to 7 heroes, and they share a lot: the warehouse, collections, relics. Here's how to make use of that and how not to lose your account.
What heroes on an account share

Level, rebirths, skills, runes, Books and Codices, tattoos and the Doll of Greed, on the other hand, are separate for each hero.
Twinks and windows
From one computer, 2 windows get full rewards. The third and later windows get ×0.3 experience, −70% loot and adena, no assist and no L-Coin (Window Limit).

Account security
- Password: 8–16 characters, letters and digits, no spaces, not similar to your login. The client sends at most 16 characters, so a longer one is pointless.
- Never give your password to anyone, not even to "the administration" in private messages. The administration never asks for your password.
- Telegram: link the bot; it'll tell you when your hero dies and can send you a login code for the site (Telegram Notifications).
- Account cabinet on the site: password reset by email or via Telegram, a list of sessions, "Sign out everywhere" (Account Cabinet).
- Don't install third-party programs for the game: the Vela launcher does everything itself.
FAQ
I forgot my password. Once the cabinet is on, reset it on the site by email or Telegram. While it's off, contact support (Discord, Telegram) from your hero's name.
Can I give my hero to a friend? The account is yours; transferring it is at your own risk, and the administration doesn't settle such disputes.
How many accounts can I have? As many as you like, but only 2 windows per computer get full rewards.
I deleted a hero by mistake. Deletion has a 3-day delay: while the hero is marked as "being deleted", you can restore it on the character selection screen.
